Vintage Classic Car Rally reaches Motorway
 By PPI News Agency KARACHI: Hascol 6th Vintage Classic Car Rally has reached to its most exciting phase as it hit the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (Sukheki-Hascol Point) on Monday morning. The recently unveiled company operated forecourts on the M-2 shine through with festive decor as these vintage beauties assemble to flaunt Hascol themselves. Travelling for the past 7 days through Gambut, Raheem Yar khan and Multan, the caravan received a warm welcome by the Hascol team as they await the participants to celebrate their stopover on the Sukhekhi Fuel station – M2, to host the planned festivities. Hascol Petroleum has a close association with this heritage as C.O.O, Saleem Butt proudly owns a treasure of these beauties himself. The rally is headed by his 1960 Ford Thunderbird, with 1967 Austin Mini, 1939 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith, 1964 Ford Mustang and 1957 Humber Hawk, to name some of the other few to follow. Sponsoring the Vintage car show and the VCCCP Rally for the past few years, Hascol has become a name synonymous to the annual event. As the cars flow through three major Company operated sites on the M-2, Sukhekhi North, Bhera North and Chakri North, there is a lot of excitement in the crowd of motorists stopping over to admire the aura of these symbols of pride. The rally will further head on to Islamabad and then to Bhurban and will finally wrap up in Peshawar on the 5th of December to bid farewell to the current year’s quota of entertainment.
